Another major compressed air project is underway at Avelair, with two 75kW variable speed drive (VSD) compressors being manufactured for a UK food manufacturing facility.
The photo shows the first compressor progressing through our factory testing process before delivery. Every Avelair compressor is manufactured and tested in line with our BSI-certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, helping us ensure the high levels of engineering quality, performance and reliability our customers expect.
The two 75kW VSD compressors will provide the site with an efficient and dependable compressed air supply, with variable speed technology allowing compressor output to closely follow changes in air demand. This helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption while maintaining consistent system pressure and improving overall efficiency.
Reliability was also an important consideration for the customer, with the new installation designed to provide a robust compressed air solution for a demanding food manufacturing environment.
